Jess Chesser has always been intrigued by the physical properties of glass - from liquid to solid, fragile yet strong - appreciating the interplay between light and darkness, and its abstract properties. Throughout her glass career she has been drawn to landscape compositions consisting of rolling hills. "From the moment I held my first piece of glass up to the light, I knew I had found my medium. But it wasn't until I relocated to Northern California and traveled through this magical terrain that I felt like I was truly living in my work. I am honored to call this place home and to share my passion for color and light reflecting this region's sacred treasures."
