Keenan, Chelsea - Daughter of the New American Revolution 16x20 unframed
Daughter of the New American Revolution / Spring Mobilization, San Francisco 1967
I was photographing the peace march when I spotted a man walking along holding hands with his twin daughters wrapped in American flags. An amazing sight, the little girls had very serious expressions on their faces. I could not get a photograph of both girls because of the huge moving crowd. I was able to get one flag girl with all her majesty and play of lights and darks.
