"Dottie" is a 24x24 inch Tinted Resin on Wood Panel. Each "dot" is individually drilled and filled with a pigmented resin.

Lola is a Bay Area artist who manipulates tinted epoxy resin to create abstractions. She begins each piece by choosing the colors. As she pours, a form begins to appear on the surface and a dialogue begins. These forms are similar to characters in a play. They speak to her and guide her to create their shape. Eventually they engage and interact with one another. With each artwork, Lola's intent is to create an experience. She allows the viewer to think, feel, and find their unique significant meaning.
